What you will do

• Partner with leaders to shape and deliver people initiatives aligned with the wider UK&I strategy.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and Leadership Team on performance and engagement.
• Lead and oversee four key areas: People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and Reward.
• Drive organisational design to ensure structures enable player-centric commercial outcomes.
• Implement talent and performance strategies to build and identify necessary capabilities.
• Provide commercial oversight of people costs, budget ownership, and headcount planning.

Requirements

• Significant experience partnering with Executive and senior leaders in complex organisations.
• Proven track record in organisational design, talent management, and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional People teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to navigate matrix organisations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing reward cycles and applying reward principles across the employee lifecycle.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Sunderland, UK.
