What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global HR function including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits
• Personally lead critical hiring for technical, commercial, and corporate roles
• Partner with founders on organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development
• Build and operate practical performance management and feedback frameworks
• Manage global payroll and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Build and mentor a high-ownership HR team

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries via local entities and EORs
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
• Strong business acumen and ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
• High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
