What you will do

• Develop and own holistic change strategies and plans to ensure initiatives are understood and embedded successfully.
• Build strong, credible relationships across all levels of the business to ensure change lands effectively.
• Drive business readiness and ensure teams feel confident, capable, and supported throughout transitions.
• Ensure change is sustained and continues to drive measurable value beyond the go-live phase.
• Partner with project teams and product owners to design people-centered change strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Change, Change Management, or similar people-focused transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks and methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG, or Kotter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, simple messages tailored to different audiences.
• Experience delivering change within technology-enabled transformation programmes.
