TL;DR
Change and Adoption Specialist (Sales/Transformation): Leading the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across BT Business with an accent on embedding new processes, tools, and products into frontline sales and operational workflows. Focus on driving behavioural change, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business impact using ADKAR methodologies.
Location: Must be based in the UK (London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, or Belfast). Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

What you will do
- Lead adoption strategies for large-scale transformation programmes to ensure new ways of working are embedded.
- Deliver change activities including communications, training, and reinforcement support for frontline teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders and Sales Directors to ensure change plans are practical and commercially focused.
- Define and track adoption success measures using ADKAR principles.
- Partner with Internal Communications to simplify complex change into engaging messaging.
- Lead and energise the Transformation Champions community to drive advocacy and local engagement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Proven experience delivering business change, transformation, or adoption programmes.
- Strong knowledge of ADKAR and behaviour change methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Director level.
- Commercial awareness and experience working with Sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organisational skills and experience in agile project environments.

- Experience with CRM or Salesforce adoption programmes.
