Scrum Master (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain sprint boards, RAID logs, and delivery reporting using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Coach teams on Agile behaviors, story clarity, and Definitions of Ready (DoR) and Done (DoD).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to ensure priority alignment.
• Track and escalate blockers, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Support PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART alignment for distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale or enterprise technology environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog hygiene.
• Experience managing stakeholders and working with distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Ability to overlap with UK working hours.

Nice to have

• SAFe certification and experience with PI planning or ART alignment.
• Proficiency with Mural.
• Exposure to AI, cloud, or data platform delivery.
• Experience in retail or digital healthcare domains.
