What you will do

• Lead transformation projects and design new operating models for customers implementing the Ignition platform.
• Plan transformation activities and define success metrics to measure progress.
• Run workshops and facilitate decision-making with customer teams to redesign business processes.
• Create comprehensive transformation roadmaps and document future-state operations.
• Coach customer teams and change champions to sustain improvements independently.
• Coordinate with customer excellence and success teams to align transformation with delivery goals.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience in workshop facilitation and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Proven experience delivering change in customer-facing or operational environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or professional services.
• Experience in the UK energy sector, particularly in supplier operations.
• Knowledge of billing systems or customer service operations.
• Experience with CRM or similar operational enterprise platforms.
