TL;DR

PMO Change Professional: Managing and governing end-to-end change requests within a large-scale delivery environment with an accent on data quality, compliance, and lifecycle tracking. Location: Must be based in the UK (Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, London, or Manchester).

What you will do

  • Govern change requests from intake through to closure, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
  • Maintain accurate change records, tracking risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support governance forums by preparing documentation, reporting, and providing actionable insights.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance and governance controls are met.
  • Coordinate the handover of approved changes to delivery teams, ensuring readiness across scope and resources.
  • Produce management information to provide visibility into change performance and delivery status.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from one of the specified office locations.
  • Proven experience supporting or managing change control processes within a PMO or delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance, reporting, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Ability to maintain change trackers with high data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills for working with Delivery PMs and project teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a structured change management or contract delivery environment.
  • Exposure to commercial or financial elements of change, such as cost tracking or billing.
  • Relevant PMO or project management qualifications like PRINCE2, P3O, or MSP.
