What you will do

• Lead the Change Workstream, including planning, roadmap development, and delivery of key milestones.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to build strong relationships with business units.
• Conduct user research and business impact assessments to inform change strategy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and training strategies, including CBT modules.
• Manage user focus groups to gather feedback and improve system adoption.
• Identify and report risks and issues to programme boards while coordinating the Change team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or Change Lead in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Active UK Security Clearance is mandatory.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel within the UK for projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Experience delivering technology-driven change, preferably within M365 environments.
• Recent experience working on government projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview or Information Protection solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks.
• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
