Business Change Manager (SC Cleared) (Microsoft Purview)

Location: London, United Kingdom; UK-based travel for projects is required. Right to work in the UK and an active UK Security Clearance are required.

What you will do

• Lead the Change Workstream for the Information Protection Programme, including planning, roadmap development, milestones, resources, and cost estimates.
• Support the rollout of Microsoft Purview Information Protection across the M365 estate and enable organisational change with minimal operational disruption.
• Engage stakeholders, conduct user research and business impact assessments, and develop communications and key messaging.
• Design and implement training strategies, including training materials and computer-based training modules.
• Establish user focus groups, provide Day-1 support, and develop sustainable post-implementation support models.
• Coordinate the Change team and report risks, issues, and progress to programme boards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or Change Lead in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Recent experience working on government projects and delivering technology-driven change, preferably in M365 environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder engagement, user adoption, communications, and training strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active UK Security Clearance and the right to work in the UK are mandatory.

• Experience with Microsoft Purview or Information Protection solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention frameworks.
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with organisational change in security or compliance programmes.
