What you will do

• Deliver change activity across Product Group transformation programmes to enable product-led ways of working.
• Translate strategic direction into practical change plans, including communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Execute change interventions such as impact assessments, training, and adoption activities.
• Monitor change effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs to identify necessary improvements.
• Build strong relationships across product, delivery, HR, and communications teams to embed cultural and systemic change.

Requirements

• Relevant Change qualification (e.g., ACMF, APMG Change Management Practitioner, Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
• Experience leading at least five significant change programmes with substantial business impact.
• Proven track record of delivering organizational design or operating model changes within a programme environment.
• Experience in large-scale transformation within a product-led or digital environment.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and handle ambiguity.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work at one of the specified hirify.global hubs.

• Understanding of digital transformation in product management, technology, or broadcast technology.
• Experience directly supporting senior leaders during change programme delivery.
• Knowledge of the media and product industry technology landscape.
