What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hirify.global-titled sports events from concept through delivery.
• Develop and deliver impactful activations at third-party events to maximize visibility and brand impact.
• Oversee the planning, tracking, and coordination of event materials, sponsoring goods, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, athletes, creators, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage budgets and optimize event operations for future projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in event and/or sports marketing.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Portuguese sports ecosystem and consumer landscape.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
