What you will do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Support demand generation and contribute to sales pipeline growth
• Organize trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and customer events
• Develop marketing content including articles, case studies, and social media assets
• Adapt global initiatives to regional markets and support product launches
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure branding consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5–10 years in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar
• Experience with campaign management, demand generation, and event organization
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Office365, Canva, Adobe tools
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
