Salary: €2,200–€3,000 gross monthly (paid in 14 installments).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for consumer marketing execution and project management.
  • Coordinate internal hirify.global resources, Microsoft stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage the localization and transcreation of marketing assets for Nordic markets.
  • Execute BTL campaigns and email marketing activities to support consumer products.
  • Advise stakeholders on execution processes, KPIs, and tool deployment.
  • Ensure consistent marketing messaging across all categories and channels.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish is mandatory.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing execution, including 2+ years in client-facing account management.
  • Proven experience in managing complex marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Strong background in data analytics and insights generation for stakeholder consulting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 4 days per week in the Lisbon office.
  • Excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
