Salary: €2,000 – €2,300 gross monthly (paid across 14 monthly payments)

What you will do

• Translate Microsoft solution plays and priorities into executable partner GTM plans.
• Guide partners through end-to-end campaign activation, from planning to optimization.
• Track performance across funnel metrics (leads, referrals, pipeline) to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Act as a strategic advisor and orchestrator for a portfolio of 15-20 partners.
• Utilize performance data and dashboards to prioritize investments and course-correct.
• Contribute to a globally standardized operating model with local adaptability.

Requirements

• Native German speaker and fluent English.
• 8–10+ years of experience in B2B, digital, or partner marketing.
• Proven experience working with partners in the tech/Microsoft ecosystem (ISVs, SI, CSPs).
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies, demand generation, and marketing funnel mechanics.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners without loss of quality.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
