What you will do

• Support planning and coordination of global and regional events, including trade shows and conferences.
• Maintain the centralized global event calendar to ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, vendor management, and on-site preparation.
• Prepare marketing materials (presentations, booth assets, digital content) according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead capture and structured follow-ups.
• Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Life Sciences.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination (internships included).
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way.
• Experience with CRM or event tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
