What you will do

• Lead the Cloud Projects & Operations team, supporting day-to-day operational and project work.
• Ensure effective delivery of projects, maintenance initiatives, and roadmap-driven activities.
• Maintain operational service quality, including stability, monitoring, and incident handling (RCA/post-mortems).
• Develop team competencies through 1:1 meetings, feedback, and professional growth planning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, PMO, and the Executive Board to align technical goals with business needs.
• Manage recruitment of new employees and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience managing technical teams in infrastructure, cloud, platform, or operations.
• Strong understanding of maintaining high-availability production IT systems.
• Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to the Executive Board.
• English: B2/C1 level required
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with OpenStack, Ceph, Linux, Ansible, Terraform, or Prometheus/Grafana/ELK.
• Knowledge of SRE or ITIL practices.
• Experience in cloud hosting or data center environments.
• Background working with external customers under strict service quality requirements.
