What you will do

• Build and lead a newly formed engineering team from scratch.
• Own the full platform lifecycle, including scoping, roadmap definition, architecture, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple European markets to co-create CRM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
• Manage relationships and deliveries with external vendors and agency partners.
• Continuously improve team rituals and delivery processes as the team scales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering people leadership and project/delivery management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service) and technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change.
• English: B2+ proficiency in speech and writing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Cloud certifications.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and legacy system migrations.
• Exposure to security, compliance, or regulatory environments across European markets.
