Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Develop basic out-of-home media solutions for clients and agencies as experience grows.
- Coordinate client cross-market requests with other OOH markets.
- Collate production requirements, coordinate campaign photography, and share materials with clients.
- Conduct competitive and post-campaign analysis, compile production reports, and update internal databases.
- Prepare site tour documents and logistics, identify client issues, and raise them appropriately.
- Gather vendor information, update market availability reports, use OOH planning tools, and build relationships with media owners.
Requirements
- Good understanding of media is essential; knowledge of out-of-home advertising is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and confidence following established processes.
- Good numeracy skills, with the ability to manage budgets and understand wider commercial implications.
- Confidence using technical tools and adapting to new technologies and systems.
- Excellent understanding of social media and the internet, with strong written, listening, and communication skills.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable success in a media planning environment, including two years at Account Executive level.
