What you will do

• Pitch new client programmes and write/deliver client presentations.
• Act as the key liaison between client and internal teams to deliver social media programmes with the Account Director.
• Build and direct client communication campaigns to meet objectives and exceed expectations.
• Manage day-to-day social media programmes, ensuring high-quality output, timelines, and delivery within budget.

Requirements

• Experience working in an agency setting with consumer brands.
• Experience managing complex, multi-channel talent-led campaigns.
• Strong campaign reporting skills and confidence presenting to clients.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, documentation, and briefs with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and time-management abilities.
