What you will do

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor performance, diagnose trends and issues, control ad spend, and implement improvements against client goals.
• Own day-to-day client communication, provide performance insights, and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Create and maintain basic automated reporting dashboards for smaller clients.
• Test new creatives, platform features, betas, strategies, and automation methods, sharing learnings with the wider team.
• Support junior colleagues through guidance, knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience owning client communications and professional client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in budget control and account hygiene.
• Proactive test-and-learn mindset with interest in platform features, betas, and tools.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.
