What you will do

  • Design and execute end-to-end local activations, from intimate roundtables to exclusive industry networking events.
  • Curate high-impact events at "Local Legend" customer venues to attract industry influencers, chefs, and consultants.
  • Manage local vendors and venues, ensuring flawless execution, budget compliance, and brand standards.
  • Forge relationships with trade associations and hospitality trailblazers to embed the brand into the local culinary and nightlife fabric.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Product Marketing to align localized insights with regional materials and digital content.
  • Track pipeline attribution and ROI, mapping every activation directly to lead generation and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in event planning, field marketing, or experiential production.
  • Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of how restaurants and bars operate.
  • Ability to manage live, fast-paced environments autonomously with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong sales mindset to convert event conversations into meaningful discovery opportunities for sales teams.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Looker.
  • Experience deploying UTM links, QR codes, and digital landing pages for physical-to-digital attribution.
