Location: Must be based in the United States; hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the New York office.

Salary: $139,000 - $145,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute contracting strategies to balance provider partnerships, financial performance, and client needs.
  • Oversee the full provider contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and maintenance.
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with provider organizations and laboratory partners.
  • Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing Provider Account Management team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness and scalability of new and existing products.
  • Define success metrics and service standards to drive sustained network value and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategic, consultative account management or provider/client success experience in healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance.
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience, ideally within women’s health or adjacent specialty areas.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrated success in managing senior executive relationships and delivering consultative value.
  • Advanced project management capabilities and strong business/financial acumen.
