• Translate enterprise strategies into LC Research execution plans, managing capacity and resource trade-offs.
• Provide decision-ready analysis and scenario planning for senior leadership to evaluate strategy and operations.
• Develop high-level executive communications and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Program Portfolio Management to align investments with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on shared goals and execution of action plans.
• Act as a liaison between research and Business Development/External Innovation to evaluate external opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from Boston, MA.
• Typically 8 years of experience in supporting research leadership on strategic and operational topics.
• Experience managing medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex scientific and operational data into meaningful insights.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
