Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid work from the Vancouver office, with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week

Salary: CAD$136,000–CAD$170,000 starting base salary per year, plus equity and other compensation components

What you will do

• Manage design projects end to end, from discovery and concept ideation through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design deliverables.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers to define customer problems and goals.
• Advocate for design throughout planning and development and help shape product direction.
• Design and ship polished, emotionally engaging experiences for the core remittances product.
• Champion cohesion and consistency across the growing family of products.
• Bring customer empathy and user insights into cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences.
• Experience driving product direction, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and making customer-centric decisions.
• Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma.
