What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product design from initial concept to final execution.
- Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems and ship solutions.
- Translate user insights and data into elegant interaction models and visual designs.
- Produce high-quality deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and production assets.
- Iterate on shipped features using customer feedback and product metrics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design craft.
- Deep understanding of design systems.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to thrive with autonomy in a startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
- Previous experience in the fintech industry.
