AI Product Designer

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; collaboration in person at the Toronto office

What you will do

• Define and lead digital transformations at a strategic level with clients.
• Apply design thinking and UX strategies to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
• Facilitate complex design discovery sessions and provide expert recommendations to clients.
• Lead design-specific client meetings and implement project-level solutions with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales to evaluate outputs and improve delivery quality.
• Mentor team members, lead cross-disciplinary improvement initiatives, and contribute to industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI.
• AI-first mindset with experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
• Experience using AI to build rapid prototypes, collect user feedback, and create AI-native interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in UX design, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Strong proficiency with current design tools and software, especially Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work, along with initiative, ownership, attention to detail, and collaborative skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consulting environment or presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in news media, sports media, or mobile banking.
• Strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
