Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: 100% remote or hybrid from offices in Bratislava, Prague, Toronto, Brno, and Barcelona. Remote work is the default for R&D, with no office-days quota.

What you will do

• Drive product design for next-generation AI-powered calling software across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Expand design expertise and contribute to AI-powered product design.
• Develop, maintain, and scale the Design System across multiple platforms.
• Translate concepts into elegant user experiences and communicate design ideas to engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, research solutions, experiment, and prototype.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design and problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years of experience in a product design role.
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining expansive multi-platform design systems.
• Experience integrating design work with broader company initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple complex projects, and adapt to changing timelines.

Hiring process

• 90-minute Product Challenge Interview, with AI tools permitted and expected.
