What you will do
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, specifically for Mid-market accounts in France.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers including founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and playbooks.
- Provide consultative selling to identify customer challenges and accurately forecast performance using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SMB sales.
- French language proficiency to manage accounts in the French market.
- Bias towards action and the ability to produce results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
- Strong strategic negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
- Proactive approach to improving existing processes and developing best practices.
