What you will do

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, specifically for Mid-market accounts in France.
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers including founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and playbooks.
  • Provide consultative selling to identify customer challenges and accurately forecast performance using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SMB sales.
  • French language proficiency to manage accounts in the French market.
  • Bias towards action and the ability to produce results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong strategic negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
  • Proactive approach to improving existing processes and developing best practices.
