What you will do

  • Own and execute renewal contracts for a large portfolio of customers in an assigned territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including quote generation and CRM updates in Salesforce.
  • Identify potential risks and customer satisfaction issues to develop resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Solutions, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate contract processing.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to maximize contract value and revenue retention.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve the overall experience through technology and automation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS or software company.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to serve customers at scale.
  • Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gainsight or similar enterprise customer service applications.
  • Proven track record of managing high volumes of customer accounts and transactions.
  • Ability to conduct persuasive value conversations at an executive level.
  • Experience negotiating complex multi-year services contracts.
