What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 8 CSMs, managing day-to-day direction, prioritization, and skill-building.
- Define and monitor success metrics through OKRs, KPIs, and regular performance check-ins.
- Optimize workflows and automation across the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
- Protect and grow revenue by implementing churn reduction programs and expanding product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Banking, and Legal teams.
- Own and resolve complex customer escalations with speed and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership or management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of finance, accounting, or management control.
- Experience in Fintech, financial services, banking, or B2B SaaS with a finance-focused customer base.
- Must be based in or able to work from Paris in a hybrid setup.
