What you will do

• Manage quote creation, order processing, and daily requests for Major Enterprise Accounts.
• Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
• Partner with Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end-to-end operational processes.
• Drive timely resolution of customer escalations by partnering with account teams and internal support.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends through ongoing training and collaboration with software publishers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships.
• Professional level English and French language proficiency.
• Valid Visa for France.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently with initiative.
• Solid understanding of operational policies and technology solutions.
