What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage payroll administration and ensure full tax compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure strict adherence to Philippine statutory requirements including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Accounting.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA) is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proven experience overseeing accounting operations for a Philippine entity.
• Strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments.
• Strong financial analysis and forecasting capabilities.
