What you will do

• Own area sales targets and ensure the Paylater program runs effectively to meet targets.
• Conduct daily visits to merchants and manage in-store promotion placement (POP material).
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather sales, competitor, and field issue insights.
• Lead and manage around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and about 80 sales promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and deliver field team training and refreshment training.
• Monitor billing data for first billing by promoter and by merchant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably experience in sales for financial services (e.g., insurance, unit trust) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage a team and an area.
• Good communication and marketing skills, including social media marketing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
