What you will do

• Own area sales targets and ensure program execution to meet sales and billing goals.
• Conduct daily merchant visits and ensure in-store POP promotion placement.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather sales, competitor, and field issue insights.
• Lead and manage around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and provide field team training and refreshment training.
• Track monitoring data for first billing by promoter and by merchant.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably experience in sales for financial services (e.g., insurance, unit trust) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills to manage team and area.
• Good communication and marketing skills, including social media marketing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
