What you will do
- Conduct hard and soft skills training for sales promoters.
- Monitor the performance of sales promoters to ensure targets are met.
- Perform competency audits for sales promoters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial company.
- At least 1 year of experience as an area sales leader or sales trainer.
- Must be based in Makassar, Indonesia.
- Proven ability to develop training materials for sales promoters.
Nice to have
- Specialized experience in Financial Services sales (Insurance, Unit Trust, or equivalent).
