What you will do
- Manage daily relationships with brand and store-level contacts in electronics and furniture categories.
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new brands and merchants into the Indodana system.
- Design and implement National and Local Promotion Programs in collaboration with retail partners.
- Coordinate with internal Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams for campaign execution and subsidy processes.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on category growth and promotion results.
- Monitor subsidy utilization and ensure all claims are reconciled according to the timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Background in finance, banking, electronics, furniture, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong business acumen regarding market trends and consumer behavior in electronics and furniture retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
