TL;DR

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Manage U.S. international tax compliance and calculations for GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits.
  • Review international tax compliance forms (5471, 8858, 1118, 8992) and related disclosures.
  • Lead the global transfer pricing strategy, including compliance, documentation, and intercompany transaction analysis.
  • Collaborate with the US Tax Director on quarterly and annual tax provision (ASC 740) processes.
  • Monitor and assess impacts of global tax developments such as OECD Pillar Two and BEPS 2.0.
  • Advise on tax treaty provisions and withholding taxes to support global structuring and cash repatriation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of U.S. international tax experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, JD, or Master’s in Tax strongly preferred.
  • In-depth technical expertise in U.S. International tax provisions and transfer pricing.
  • Must be located in New York to adhere to the 4-day per week in-office requirement.
  • Strong research skills and ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
