Salary: $109,500 – $152,100 (USD) or 115,000 – 143,700 (CAD) depending on location.

What you will do

• Own key areas of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Perform monthly flux and variance analysis to explain financial results.
• Improve accounting processes across revenue, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure efficient workflows.
• Design and implement scalable controls and automate manual tasks using AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Strong GAAP accounting fundamentals and financial statement knowledge.
• Proven track record of improving processes through automation or system enhancements.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for managing large volumes of financial data.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Background in fintech, banking, or highly regulated industries.
