What you will do

• Sustain critical backend manufacturing processes by monitoring daily yield, test time, scrap, and key process indicators.
• Develop automated testing, control, and data crunching scripts using Python, C, C++, and SQL.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC to resolve process excursions and chronic issues.
• Create and release Test Process Documentation, including PFMEA, work instructions, and control plans.
• Partner with equipment and automation teams to drive process optimization, recipe refinement, and failure mode reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency in a sustainable manner.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work in Woodlands, Singapore.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in manufacturing process environments and failure analysis.
• Strong data querying, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python, C, C++, or SQL for automation and scripting.
• Experience supporting documentation such as work instructions, PFMEA, or control plans.
