What you will do

• Act as the key local stakeholder for paid media, collaborating with performance teams on strategy and campaign optimization.
• Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications, and in-platform communications.
• Develop and implement segmentation strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users, including VIP segments.
• Manage campaigns using internal marketing platforms and tools.
• Support the execution of events, activations, and VIP engagement initiatives.
• Drive growth initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media channels including Meta, Google Ads, and DSPs.
• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within global teams.
• Execution-focused mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese or Korean.
