What you will do

• Develop unique branding and positioning for renewed pubs and accommodation properties based on market research.
• Plan and execute launch campaigns to increase venue awareness and visitation.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to create compelling stories across various channels.
• Design digital and in-venue collateral and point-of-sale materials.
• Manage creative briefs and act as the primary marketing contact for venue teams.
• Maintain brand standards across the ALH Hotels Group portfolio to ensure consistent representation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated marketing environment.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in renewals marketing, specifically within retail or hospitality venue environments.
• Strong copywriting skills for digital platforms including websites, social media, and CRM channels.
• Proven ability to project manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from strategy to action.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
