Location: Hybrid in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Sydney

A B Corp fintech company providing automated corporate secretarial, accounting, and payment services for micro SMEs across Asia Pacific and the UK.

What you will do

  • Own the brand narrative, core value proposition, and strategic positioning end-to-end.
  • Manage company reputation across Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Reddit to create a competitive moat.
  • Build and scale a measurable referral program to turn clients into a salesforce.
  • Grow engaged social audiences and community channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Define and maintain the creative and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Growth or Marketing with a clear track record in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in scale-ups or high-growth startups.
  • History of delivering measurable growth outcomes such as pipeline, leads, or revenue.
  • Experience defining positioning, sharpening ICP, and shipping brand stories.
  • Ability to operate across both brand and performance marketing.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Singapore, Hong Kong, or Sydney
