What you will do
- Own the brand narrative, core value proposition, and strategic positioning end-to-end.
- Manage company reputation across Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Reddit to create a competitive moat.
- Build and scale a measurable referral program to turn clients into a salesforce.
- Grow engaged social audiences and community channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Define and maintain the creative and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Growth or Marketing with a clear track record in leadership roles.
- Proven success in scale-ups or high-growth startups.
- History of delivering measurable growth outcomes such as pipeline, leads, or revenue.
- Experience defining positioning, sharpening ICP, and shipping brand stories.
- Ability to operate across both brand and performance marketing.
- Must be located in or able to work from Singapore, Hong Kong, or Sydney
