What you will do

• Support daily HSE activities within production cells, including incident and recurrence management.
• Participate in WCM pillars and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and environmental performance.
• Monitor and analyze HSE KPIs, including safety, compliance, and environmental indicators.
• Contribute to loss analysis and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in developing HSE data collection, reporting, and analysis tools.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve safety standards and logistics efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Strong interest in Health, Safety & Environment topics.
• Good analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Familiarity with WCM (World Class Manufacturing) principles.
