What you will do

• Audit operations, inspect plants, and enforce high design standards across the organization.
• Ensure projects apply strict risk-assessment tools including HAZID, HAZOP, and ATEX compliance.
• Develop and roll out global programs to guarantee plant reliability and asset maintainability.
• Provide trend analyses, incident investigation reports, and performance metrics to the Group HSE Director.
• Drive cross-site training and share lessons learned from incidents to strengthen safety culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industrial HSE experience auditing global Renewable Gas or waste-to-X plants.
• Expertise in interpretation and implementation of HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX, and DSEAR regulations.
• Ability to evaluate multidisciplinary engineering designs using 3D models and P&IDs.
• Experience managing start-up risks and leading major incident investigations.
• Fluent English (C1) is required; Italian is a plus.
