What you will do

• Support the maintenance and further development of occupational health and safety standards.
• Create and monitor measures to avoid or minimize workplace hazards and risks.
• Analyze work processes, equipment, and hazardous substances at workplaces.
• Develop and implement internal health protection programs within the organization.
• Maintain and update the company-specific legal and authorization register to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or degree in a technical field, or specific training in occupational health and safety.
• Professional experience in the field of occupational safety.
• Training as an employee of the occupational safety department (MDAS).
• Very good knowledge of German, Italian, and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IMS, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
