What you will do

• Assist R&D engineers in full-cycle development, including design definition, testing, and product iteration.
• Utilize 2D/3D CAD tools for structural modeling, engineering drawings, and design optimization.
• Conduct material selection, performance testing, and supplier technical assessments to achieve cost savings.
• Perform VAVE analysis to identify design redundancies and implement structural simplifications.
• Execute prototype assembly, electrical testing, and failure dissection to validate design improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and cost-reduction plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Design.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D modeling software like SolidWorks or UG.
• Strong hands-on capability for prototype assembly and electrical performance testing.
• Basic English proficiency (listening, reading, writing) required.
• Ability to manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in R&D of fuses or circuit protection components.
• Knowledge of UL, IEC, and domestic electrical safety standards.
• Practical experience in material performance testing and failure analysis.
• Experience coordinating with mold factories and raw material suppliers.
