Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Dongguan, Guangdong, China

Salary: CNY 10,000–14,000 per month

What you will do

• Develop and design toy products from initial concept through production, including project management and technical issue resolution.
• Lead doll hair development, including hair rooting, grooming, and related tool development.
• Coordinate development activities and solve technical and production-related problems.
• Work with related functions to ensure products meet manufacturing, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Drive product and process innovation to improve cost efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• More than two years of relevant experience in the toy or manufacturing industry; manufacturing plant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, and related engineering tools.
• Good English reading and writing skills are required.
