Salary: CNY 10,000 – 14,000 Monthly

What you will do

• Develop and design product concepts, translating them into final products through project management and technical support.
• Lead the development of doll hair, including rooting, grooming, and the creation of related tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure products meet all requirements and are delivered to market on time.
• Drive innovation in product design and manufacturing processes to optimize costs and improve quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during the development and production phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Over 2 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for manufacturing plant experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD.
• Good English skills in reading and writing are necessary.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Dongguan, Guangdong.
