Electrification Field Engineer

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrification products including batteries and electric drives.
• Provide technical support and training to dealer personnel to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct failure analysis and facilitate the return of failed parts for factory evaluation.
• Perform live electrical work on battery systems.
• Collect data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events to support electrification solutions (30-75% travel).

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in China (Qingdao, Qingzhou, or Wuxi).
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (30-75%).
• Must be authorized to work in China (no sponsorship offered).
• Effective communication skills for technical knowledge transfer.
