What you will do
- Develop and support test solutions for new automotive silicon to optimize test time and costs.
- Execute product characterization, sampling, and qualification processes.
- Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams from early product definition to the production phase.
- Analyze and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving methods with Design and Manufacturing teams.
- Support external production partners including FABs, foundries, and test houses.
- Ensure production quality and adherence to Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication, or Automatization.
- English: Good command of writing and speaking (B2) required for a global working environment.
- Strong synthesis and analysis skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership and work effectively in a team.
- Location: Must be based in Tianjin, China.
