What you will do

  • Prospect and generate new business leads to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships using HubSpot CRM to ensure high retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align product solutions with client business goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events to identify and capture expansion opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on business development progress and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound prospecting within a software or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM for business development.
  • Advanced outbound and cold-calling skills using tools like Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong EQ and IQ with the ability to engage in high-level professional conversations.

  • Experience in a B2B software sales environment.
  • Advanced certifications in sales or business development.
