What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end implementation activities following the established implementation methodology.
• Configure systems and support solution deployment across multiple clinical and operational domains.
• Lead discovery workshops and facilitate critical clinical design decisions.
• Advise on workflow design and optimization using deep clinical or hospital-based experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to influence decision-making.
• Execute project tasks according to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in acute hospital or healthcare environments.
• Clinical background in nursing, pharmacy, allied health, or comparable healthcare disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex change, workflow redesign, or service transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Singapore or Adelaide.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Exposure to healthcare IT implementations or clinical systems.
• Familiarity with Altera solutions or similar healthcare platforms.
• Prior experience in workflow redesign or clinical transformation.
